At LoveyLoaves, fostering isn’t just helping a dog. It’s giving a fragile soul a second chance at safety, dignity, and joy. Every special needs dog we rescue can only be saved if there is a warm home ready to receive them. The number of lives we can change depends on people like you.
For many of our dogs, the shelter world is loud, frightening, and overwhelming. They’ve already endured pain, neglect, or trauma. But when they step into a foster home, everything changes. They discover gentle hands, quiet rooms, soft beds, and something they may have never known before—love. In a foster home, healing begins. Confidence grows. Hope returns.
When you foster with LoveyLoaves, you become a guardian, a guide, and a hero in a dog’s journey. You walk beside them as they learn to trust again and prepare for their forever family. We provide everything your foster dog needs—medical care, medications, food, supplies, and support. You provide what only a human heart can give: patience, compassion, and love.

If you are interested in becoming an approved foster home for LoveyLoaves please find our foster application below. You may print, scan, and email the completed form back to us, or mail the completed form to us via the USPS (if choosing this method please contact us to request a mailing address).

Adopt a special lil' lovey . . .
Dogs currently available for adoption are listed below. If you would like to adopt, please find our adoption application at the link. You may print, scan, and email the completed application to us at [email protected], or mail the completed application to us via the USPS (if choosing this method please contact us to request a mailing address).
Prior to being turned over to their forever families, LoveyLoaves requires a home visit, and an adoption fee per dog to cover vetting including spay/neuter, microchip, and vaccinations. Medical records will be transferred to the new pet guardian upon adoption. If you have questions about any of the dogs or about the LoveyLoaves adoption process, please feel free to contact us.
